Spring Tonic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Cool.
    When slightly set; add other ingredients.
    Add radishes for color (optional).
    Serve 10 to 12.
