Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
4 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. margarine, melted
topping
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except topping, and place in a 2-quart uncovered casserole dish.
