Apple Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. walnuts
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs, unbeaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 apple, sliced thin
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix walnuts, cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Set aside. In a large bowl with mixer at high speed, beat margarine until creamy, gradually adding 1 cup sugar.
    Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla until blended.
    Sift flour.
    Add baking powder, baking soda and salt alternately with sour cream.
    Spread 1/2 of the batter in Bundt pan.
    Top with thin apple slices and half cinnamon mixture.
    Top with remaining batter and cinnamon mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
