Small Christmas Fruitcake Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. chopped dates
1/4 c. chopped candied pineapple
1/4 c. chopped candied cherries
1 c. coconut
5 Tbsp. margarine
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

Mix together and place in small muffin tins that have been sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen.
