Low Calorie Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin (1 envelope)
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1/4 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
    Dissolve this mixture in hot water.
    Add the sugar and salt.
    Mix until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool.
    When cool add the lemon juice, mustard and paprika.
    Shake the mixture well and chill.
    If it becomes solid in refrigerator, warm a little.
