Mexican Chicken And Rice(25 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cubed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small pepper, chopped
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. salsa or to taste
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
    Add chicken, onion and green pepper.
    Cook and stir until chicken is cooked through.
    Add corn, broth and salsa (hot or medium).
    Bring to a boil.
