Crunch Top Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
3 to 4 large baking potatoes, sliced thin
3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Put butter in a jelly roll pan and put in oven to melt.
Add a single layer of potatoes, turning to coat with butter.
Mix remaining and sprinkle over the potatoes.
Bake 1/2 hour or until done.
