Scallops With Fresh Tomato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sea scallops
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 green onion, sliced
    1 tsp. dried dill
Preparation
    Cut scallops crosswise in half; set aside.
    In frying pan, simmer margarine or butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper approximately 5 minutes.
    Add scallops and green onion.
    Cook until scallops are done.
    Stir in tomato.
    Cook until tomato is warm.
    Sprinkle with dill.
    Serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
