Round Steak Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cubed
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. instant rice
    1 can chicken and rice soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms (optional)
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Brown steak, onion and celery in small amount of fat.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Add rice, soups, mushrooms and water. Blend ingredients; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
