Mexican Tossed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 family size bag Fritos corn chips
1 large or 2 small tomatoes
1 medium sweet onion
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation

Toss lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese and kidney beans together.
Crush corn chips before opening bag.
About 30 minutes before serving, pour chips over the other ingredients and add dressing over top.
Toss again.
Use very large bowl.
Best when eaten first day.
