Green Chili Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
1 c. yellow cornmeal
6 Tbsp. sugar
4 large eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese (1 1/2 oz.)
1/3 c. grated Jack cheese (1 1/2 oz.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Lightly oil 9-inch square baking pan. Using electric mixer, beat butter, cornmeal and sugar in bowl until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
