Charlie'S Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large pork chops
    1 large onion
    1 can tomatoes
    1/8 c. raw rice
    flour
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    oil
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder on chops and dredge in flour.
    Brown in oil.
    Add tomatoes (use juice of tomatoes and water to equal 1 cup of liquid), onion, and rice.
    Simmer 1 hour, covered.
    Serves 4.
