Pumpkin Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pie pumpkin
    1 c. seasoned croutons
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. cubed Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. cubed hot pepper cheese
Preparation
    Cut off pumpkin top; reserve top.
    Scoop out innards and discard.
    Layer cheese, croutons, cheese and croutons until pumpkin is full.
    Pack down.
    Pour margarine or butter over this.
    Replace pumpkin top.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 on a cookie sheet for 2 hours or until mixture melts.
    Serve in pumpkin with raw vegetables and crackers.
