Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can creamed mushroom soup
    1 can creamed celery soup
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    2 c. cut-up chicken or turkey meat (optional)
    1 small chopped onion
    1 medium can mushroom pieces
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli and place all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese, into large Teflon cake pan or Pyrex (13 x 9 x 2-inch) greased casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
