Velveeta Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 3/4 sticks margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In microwave, in covered casserole dish, melt cheese and margarine.
    Add powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add nuts.
    Spread in a large pan or Pyrex dish that has been greased with margarine.
    Chill.
