Yakitori(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    2 bunches green onions
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. grated ginger
    1/4 c. sherry
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Cut boned chicken into 1-inch lengths.
    Slice green onions into 1-inch lengths.
    Alternate chicken and green onions onto bamboo skewers.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken/onion skewers.
    Marinate for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Arrange 8 to 10 skewers on round glass plate or shallow baking dish for 3 to 4 minutes on High.
    Microwave remaining skewers as needed.
