Ingredients

7 slices fresh bread
butter
8 oz. extra sharp cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cut crusts off bread.
Butter both sides and cut in fourths. Alternate layers of cheese and bread in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, ending with cheese on top layer.
