Scandinavian Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. capers
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix
    egg,
    lemon
    juice,
    1
    tablespoon
    melted butter, mayonnaise and
    seasonings using only 1 teaspoon of dill weed. Mix with
    salmon
    and add the milk.
    Add crushed potato chips. Mold mixture
    into
    loaf.
    Place in buttered baking dish.
    Add 1/4 inch of water and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
