Tomato Catsup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. strained tomatoes
1 pt. vinegar
4 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. allspice
3 tsp. mustard
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
-
Put the spices and garlic into a cloth bag to prevent the catsup from being dark.
Boil until the desired thickness.
Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
