Cold Mexico Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

17 oz. can refried beans
2 (6 oz.) jars avocado dip
16 oz. sour cream
1 small red onion, chopped
2 small cans diced black olives
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
round taco chips
Preparation

Use large platter and spread beans from can.
Spread dip over bean layer.
Top with sour cream.
Sprinkle remaining ingredients over top of sour cream in order listed.
Arrange chips around border of tray at edge of beans.
