Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. zucchini, cut in bite size pieces
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimento
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (plain)
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook zucchini lightly and drain.
    Mix stuffing with butter. Mix all ingredients with 1/2 the stuffing.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and top with the other half of the stuffing.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
