Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. solid pack pumpkin
2 c. peeled finely chopped apples
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
4 tsp. butter

Preparation

In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
In medium bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin and oil.
Add the two bowls together.
Add apples and mix.
Spoon into greased or papered muffin tins.
Fill 3/4 full.
