Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts (optional)
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. softened butter or margarine
3 eggs
2 tsp. peppermint extract
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Combine the dry ingredients.
Cream butter and sugar.
Mix together the dry and creamed ingredients.
Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in peppermint, orange peel and zucchini.
Put into well-greased pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
