1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cooked shrimp
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 large jalapeno pepper, minced
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked to directions
Preparation

Thaw, clean and drain shrimp on paper towels.
Press to remove all excess moisture.
