Chili Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    2 cans green chilies
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. Jack cheese
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat the eggs until light and lemon colored. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese (grated) and melted butter. Mix, then stir in chilies. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
