Sweet Roll Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. shortening
    7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Stir yeast into warm water to dissolve. Stir in milk, sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and half of the flour.
    Stir until smooth. Add remaining flour.
    Knead for 5 minutes.
    Let rise until double. Punch down until double again.
    Shape into cloverleaf rolls, sandwich buns, cinnamon rolls, etc.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
