Scalloped Pineapples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chunk pineapple, drained
4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. melted margarine
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, juice and margarine. Put pineapple and cheese in a greased casserole dish. Pour liquid mixture over pineapple and cheese and stir. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
