Hot Milk Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. hot milk
3/4 stick butter
Preparation

Add melted butter to milk while hot. Beat eggs and sugar and cream well. Add sifted flour and milk mixture alternately while warm. Bake in layers as any other butter cake. Use the filling. Makes 3 layers.
