Potato Donuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. melted butter
4 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
4 c. flour
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Then mix with other liquids.
Add dry ingredients that have been sifted.
Mix well.
Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness on floured board.
Cut and deep fry in oil or lard at 365\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
