60-Minute Raised Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 yeast cakes
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 1/4 c. hot milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    4 to 6 c. all-purpose or bread flour
Preparation
    Crumble yeast into lukewarm water.
    Set aside until it pops to top of water.
