Chicken Supremes In Vermouth - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned (at room temperature)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. oil
2/3 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. vermouth
Preparation

Wash and pat dry chicken.
Mix the 5 seasonings in a dish. Heat butter and oil in a skillet.
Dip each breast into seasonings (both sides) and saute just until opaque.
Place in shallow baking dish and bake, uncovered, in 300\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes.
Using same skillet, add cream and vermouth.
Stir and simmer until sauce has thickened.
Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
