Chocolate Glaze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 sq. (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Blend in butter and milk.
Remove from heat.
Add sugar, vanilla and salt.
Beat until smooth.
Thin with cream if necessary.
