Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can or 2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
3/4 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour in pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Makes 2 pies.
