Tofu Oatmeal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/5 lb. silken tofu
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. old fashion oatmeal
    1/8 c. raisins
    1/2 small apple, diced
    8 medium Brazil nuts
Preparation
    In a bowl, mash the tofu with a potato masher.
    Add skim milk and oatmeal.
    Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Add raisins and cut up apple.
    Serve Brazil nuts on the side.
    The Brazil nuts complement the protein of the tofu which is low in sulfur containing amino acids.
