Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. shredded cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in center of mixture. Combine egg, milk and butter.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Yields 12 muffins.
