Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2/3 c. butter flavor shortening
1/4 c. cold water
Preparation

Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
Cut in oil and shortening until small particles appear.
I prefer to use two butter knives for the job.
Sprinkle with half of water and mix with fork.
Add rest of water and mix.
Press into two balls and roll on floured surface to make top and bottom crusts for 9-inch pie.
