Pear Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 (29 oz.) can pears
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Heat the pear juice to boiling and pour over jello.
Stir until jello is dissolved. Add cream cheese.
Mix with electric mixer until cream cheese is dissolved. Cut up the pears and add. Cool. When mixture starts to thicken, whip the cream and add. Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
