Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. bread flour
    1 c. boiling water
    4 eggs, unbeaten
Preparation
    Add butter to water and heat until butter melts.
    Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until ball forms in center of pan. Cool slightly.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Mixture should be very stiff.
    Shape on buttered cookie sheet by dropping from spoon or using pastry bag and tube.
    Bake until free from beads of moisture for 40 to 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
    Fill with cream filling, whipped cream or Cool Whip.
