Potato Puff Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
instant mashed potatoes (enough for 8 servings)
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. melted butter
paprika
Preparation

In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
Prepare mashed potatoes as directed on package.
Turn into large bowl.
Whip potatoes with other ingredients.
Fold in egg whites.
Spoon into buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Drizzle melted butter over top; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
