Spicy Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh tomatoes, cut into chunks (any amount)
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. vinegar (plain or flavored)
    minced herbs (fresh are best; basil, thyme, rosemary, sage, lemon thyme)
Preparation
    Put tomatoes and all the rest in bowl, any size that will fit your quantity.
    Mix lightly; refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Place on bed of lettuce or drain and add to your sandwich.
