Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular long grain rice or 3 c. cold cooked rice
    6 large eggs
    1/4 lb. cooked ham, diced
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
    salad oil
Preparation
    Prepare rice.
    Beat eggs with salt in bowl.
    Set aside.
    In 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat in 2 tablespoons of hot oil, gently stir rice until rice is well coated with oil.
    Push rice to one side of skillet.
