Szechwan Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thin spaghetti
    2 tsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed paste or peanut butter
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. each: rice vinegar, red hot pepper oil, sugar, sesame oil and chopped roasted peanuts
    2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
    1/2 Tbsp. each: chopped ginger and chopped minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    Boil noodles; coat with oils and refrigerate.
    Mix sesame seed paste (peanut butter) with 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
    Continue adding soy sauce, mixing until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over noodles immediately before serving.
