No-Sugar Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 large pkg. cream cheese
    3 to 4 Tbsp. honey or fructose
Preparation
    Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy.
    Sweeten with honey or fructose, continuing to whip.
    Don't let cream cheese get runny.
    Cakes must be completely cooled before frosting.
    Frosting may be tinted pink with a small amount of beet juice.
