Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, sliced
1 can evaporated milk
1 medium onion
1 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste
8 slices sandwich cheese
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender with sliced onion.
After potatoes are done, drain and pour into glass baking dish.
Add margarine by dots over potatoes.
Top with cheese, torn into small pieces.
Add milk and lightly mix altogether.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
