Ingredients

1 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 c. orange juice
Preparation

Combine water and sugar in small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Cool.
Combine syrup, pineapple juice and orange juice.
Divide among cups.
Cover and freeze until firm, stirring occasionally.
Shave frozen mixture; scoop into small cups.
Serve with a spoon or straw.
Garnish with fresh mint or orange rind.
Serves 10 to 12.
