Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 graham cracker crust
    fruit pie filling
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy; add milk and beat 2 minutes.
    Add lemon juice and vanilla; beat 1 minute.
    Pour into crust and cool for 2 hours.
    Top with your choice of fruit pie filling.
