Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans minced clams (10 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 onion, minced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella, grated
Preparation
    Simmer clams and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
    Saute onion until brown.
    Add onions, oregano, parsley, garlic, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella to clams.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
