Broccoli And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. creamed corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. saltine crackers (coarse)
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation
-
Slightly thaw frozen vegetables.
Mix ingredients (except saltines and melted butter) and put in casserole.
Cover with saltines and 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes.
