Onion Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 tsp. Tabasco or to taste
    1 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in the oil.
    Cool.
    Add grated cheese, sour cream and salt.
    Pour on top of cornbread mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
