Best Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) or 3 (8-inch) cake pans.
    Cream butter, shortening, sugar and vanilla until fluffy; add eggs. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and powder with salt in bowl. Add to butter mixture alternately with milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes in 9-inch pan, 35 to 40 minutes in 8-inch pan.
    Cool 10 minutes and frost.
